Hi, I just finished my video on Sony Vegas 7 and need to put it onto youtube, but the format isn't right, how do I put it on youtube..?

if you would like to learn how to export your video in a high quality (which the tube will destroy with lag, macroblocking and shrinking the resolution) im sure you can find that kind of help
