Maybe you should make a solid, final decision about that and codify it in the .org's rules.

We did make a solidified decision about it, years ago. Now--I could be horribly wrong (please correct me if I am)--but I don't remember it being in the rules to begin with, so that would be kind of odd to have it placed in the rules when it's now defunct.
