m4p file conversion?
Hey, is there a way to convert the songs you download off iTunes, which are m4p's, to maybe an mp3 or a wav file?

Songs downloaded from the Apple Store are protected against meddling (which sucks, since we do pay for them).

And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.

If available, buy the song under iTunes Plus. IMO the extra 30 cents is worth it to get it A) in a higher bitrate - 256kbps instead of 128kbps - and B) DRM-free. Then you can work with it to your heart's content (my tool of choice is dBPowerAMP Music Converter - the mux-demux plugin for MP4/AAC is total pwnage).
Otherwise, see the previous post.
