Stolen AMV footage... on Arabic TV?

Therealssj sent me an e-mail to let me know that he saw footage from one of my AMV's in a Naruto commercial, on an Arabic TV channel called SpaceToon. He found a link for it here:

Looks like they also stole footage from Toushi and Whisper of the Beast. Most of us have seen stolen footage at least a couple times in noob videos on You-Tube or even here on the Org, but this commercial editor is supposedly a professional... Meaning he's making money off of our work? That just makes me really annoyed...

I think that’s actually a cool thing. For someone to take your work and broadcast it over a TV channel where you can reach a wider variety of viewers or at least the idea of it is cool. They could of shown some credits or something though, I'll admit that much.

Not receiving credit is one thing but to know something you created is reaching a broader horizon is another.

The professional involved either was ignorant that it wasn't official or knows he can feign ignorance without any consequence, so why not do it?

I'm supprised more companies aren't just using random AMVs for advertising - they know most of us would be scared shitless of getting in trouble to actually do anything about it.
