Mkay.
I followed the Xvid compression for Vdub to a T.
my audio is currently set to: 44100Hz, 128 kbps ABR, Stereo 16KB/s
I also tried at: 44100Hz, 164 kbps ABR, Stereo 21KB/s
Im also running my video through avisynth. I tried it with both the mp3 that is on the video currently AND with a copy of the audio i made.
The Problem: My mp3 is a second or a second and a half ahead. Its fine in the vegas export. but when i get the 1st and 2nd pass from Vdub its lagging and off matched....please help T_T

.. sorta makes ya wonder about the Video Codec your using between Vegas and Virtual Dub! Virtual Dub can not mess with the Audio if its timing to control the Audio is in Direct Mode. Running a Second Pass would also not interfere with the Audio because all that is happening in 2nd Pass is optimizing the Variable Video bit rate.
