I havnt finished eyeshild yet, but the dog is in quite a few of the earlier ones.

Wolf's Rain has some rather good vicious scenes with what else... wolves.

Well since it asked for canines, that's an entire family of species which include both wolves and dogs.

Just probably want to not use Toboe if you want vicious. He's pretty much not more than a puppy.

Well, not all the time. There was that whole episode.

But yeah, Wolf's Rain is a must.

I would also recommend my avatar...though he's more a "tiger" if anything and that's a feline.

Yeah, sorry, I don't remember exact episodes, but he shows up early--maybe even episode 1 or 2--when Hiruma the quarterback is trying to see how fast he can get Sena to run. (Seems he goes faster when a slavering hellhound is on his tail...)
