1:1 OP exchange

Hello! I uploaded my first AMV here a few weeks ago and never announced it (being the noob that I am...^_^) so I've only received one opinion. For my first vid I used WMM...and that's it. I've since downloaded the AMVapp software and started using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.
I'd just like to know what I could improve on and how I could improve on those things. So, if you OP mine I'll OP yours. Size and encoding doesn't matter and neither does anime/music choices.
