100 gig EIDE HD
Double Layer DVD Burner $29.95 specail ^_^

Software:
AiST's Media Mania TV Pro ( everything AE and Primiere soon became. )
WinXP SP2 upgrade.
Virtual Dub's from 1.4.10 to present.
FFDshow
FireFox Browser.

Off-Line:
Gateway GT5432 ( less than $300.00 off the show room floor. )
Westen Electric 22" 1440 X 900 screen
4 gig RAM ( it was on sale for $26.99 per gig ^_^ PC677 )
Antec TruePower Trio 650 watt Power Supply

Software:
came with Vista 32 Ultimate, upgraded it to 64 Ultimate.
Anime Studio 5
Magix Movie Pro 12 Plus ( a modified version of magix video deluxe 2.0 plus )
AiST's Extreme 4.0
Pinnacle Studio Plus version 11
Asymetric's Video Producer 5.0 w/ DVD Flash Burner
Virtual Dub 1.5.10 and newer

.. and, yeah .. I'm poor-boying it by holding on to old software. Hey ^_^ I like it.

AMD Dual core 3800x2 2.0 ghz
1 GB ram
120 GB IDE + 320 SATA HDs
Radeon x1600
Keyboard
Mouse
Speakers :P

It's pretty outdated now, but it's nice to have less than 10 minutes for rendering times. Even for effects heavy videos. :)

Looks like it's time for an update! :D

I have upgraded and now have a setup on Windows Vista on a Gateway PC 320 GB HD (although it only shows 288 as the max, WTF?) with a external WD 160 USB HD, all operating on...

2GB DDR2 RAM
AMD 64 X2 5000+ 2.6 GHZ
GeForce 8500 GT graphics (Dx10 capable) 512 MB video memory
And I just got Vegas7.0 to go with it.

Any one know if Vegas will open save files from an earlier version if you've got all the same clips that version was pulling from?

I also got a nice TV Tuner too so I'll have more footage to use! :D :D

Everything else is the same though. Still using Photoshop 7.0 for small tasks and CoolEditPro 2.0 for sound edits that I need.
