.. ever see a quick view of something and then forget its name T_T

I'm looking for a Anime Series:
.. first charactor is a white jeeni ( gorgious looks ) about 6 inches tall.
she is a lap cat to a Green Frog/Toad witch who became a toad after someone called
her a "witch" when she walked into the Antique Store one day!
.. Her best friend is a spunky little Farm Girl with black hair who learned her broom
to obey her or be milked like a cow's thingys. ( mary-belle .. maybe )
.. the third girl has BIG glasses and got her Spell Drops to work correctly the first time
turning a clock into a mouse.
.. it involved Spell Drops .. and .. renaming the shop after the kids who now run the place.

T_T any idea's ! ?? .... it was a cross between Sailor Moon Brats & Magic Users Club
