I'm never sure if the stories I show are clear enough and it would be great to know what's missing for you :)
Watching this video last night for about 10 times, I still didn't sense plot points or progression of story. But nether the less, I didn't feel that this video needed them either. The video conveys emotions that keeps the audience going and a prevalent theme of looking for the truth is obviously evident.

After reading your interpretation on what's suppose to be going on it gives me a brighter picture on what's happening.
If you would like to know what's missing for me to grasp the idea that plot is taking place then I guess here's the visuals that need to be present to convince me:

-in order for me to know that a man is watching this girl and being influenced, the audience needs to see the Pale Cocoon character once and a while in the middle. This reminds the audience of the presence of this watcher, and showing his reactions and emotions in the middle will tell us that he's being influenced by Rakka.

This is merely visual lessons that filmmakers think about when trying to convey a story thru visuals.

This is still a great video Aceman, and the lack of story points doesn't matter for this video. The video doesn't need it for me, and the overall theme and emotion is still conveyed very strongly to me.

Anyways, I am more than happy to respond to your questions and I believe that points need to be justified if they are made by a commenter.

Once again, great work.

Nifty. I guess it's just me, but the connection between the 2 anime just wasn't clicking with me, it just didn't seem engaging.

This video indeed has overused concept. It's good technically, but as for me, there are too small connection and interaction between these two animies to be original. I like your videos and this one is good, but not excellent, as I expected. By the way, with this music I prefer original video: http://www.scene.org/file.php?file=/dem ... p&fileinfo =)

WOW!

That was truly an authentic video IMO, taking a lot of good things and putting it into this one AMV.

You have earned my seal!

A bit overused style (ugh Pale Cocoon + something else :/), yet I liked it a lot. Very thoughtful and interesting concept
