So . . .

how do you make sprays that actually work? I've been trying to find something that'll make .vtf's that'll function to work right, but the few I tried either wouldn't start properly and one -- a photoshop plugin -- created a vtf that fucked up all of my sprays.

Any suggestions?

But you don't need to "Auto create VMT file". Just place the .vtf in materials\VGUI\logos and import it to TF2.
