Ok, ive been putting off releasing this for a while, not sure why, just didnt get around to it. it was pretty much done before i even started on the last amv i posted here. So time to stop being lazy and unleash some more hell on the unsuspecting public, hopefully you'll be able to make some sense of what is going on even if you havnt seen the series.

the actual AMV was pretty good however the filtering was horrible. If you're using anime raws I suggest that you stay away from avs and leave it as it is as you'll just do more harm than good ~_~ kudos for Claymore AMV 3-3.5/5 editting was good, presentation could have been better

i really liked ur don't run away so /gets

edit: yeh i changed my avatar =D
but also, it was a good video i enjoyed it and i think you got the syncing right. but the story didnt seem to be there as much. it wasnt exactly random but u couldnt follow a plot to the amv which is part of what i really liked about your last one. the video was still good tho =D. look forward to seeing your stuff in future

7/10

ah yes, that was probably the biggest downside to this amv, i took footage from episodes that were just released (i tried to find the best quality ones but they arnt much). beleieve it or not but that amv is actually much, MUCH better looking than the original footage i used. Some scenes were so dark you could barely tell what was going on, so i used a bunch of sharpeners as well as adjusting on the lighting and contrast to try and get the best result, it's not perfect but i'm actually quite pleased with how much better it looks compared to before, unfortunately i'm probably the only one who will notice that, maybe i'll stick up some before and after pics later as an example
i really liked ur don't run away so /gets
i see youre using sando as your avatar too heh, glad you enjoyed that one

i understand what you're saying, most people will know this song from Hold Me Now which is how i first saw it, however i thought it fit claymore pretty well, for while the claymores are constantly slicing things up there are still a lot of dramatic and sentimental parts which i think make the series fit, whether or not i could show that successfully or not is a different matter
but.....i don´t like the banner it looks like a you made it in a haste....when i saw it i thought...."hmmm should i give the vid a try or not?"...but it turned out to be a good idea to watch it...
haha, yea i made that banner really quickly in adobe primiere pro, i figured a banner, no matter how bad will still grab a bit of interest for people who see it, although it could turn some people off to the amv as well, but i figured the annoucements post would look boring without one so i made it as more of a decoration

well i know how it is since i collected the raws for the latter episodes, it really depends on what you ended up using. If you used eclipse's softsubs then they use moyism raws as their source which isn't too good, if you used saiyaman or some of l33t-raws early claymore stuff then x_X for episodes towards the end I found SLF-Raws which I think later became RAWka to be the better ones but larger filesizes.

Hahaha ...

I'm sorry :P I have a hard time taking the AMV seriously because of the Sweedish Polka or whatever that is.

The editing was okay I guess, but the consept was bad. The music didn't really fit the video imo.

not bad, i first heard this song in hold me now as well, the concept is a lot different but in a way it fits, editing was nice, 4/5
