Bright neon colors on export

Post by CaTaClYsM » Fri Oct 26, 2007 9:43 pm

I'm exporting an AMV I'm working on, and I've tried huffyuv and not compressing but either way, the video is commming out in bright neon colors. I'm using premiere 6.0 and the current AMV app, and the first half is a huffyuv. (I had to do an emergency format but lucked out because I had exported what I'd had done onto another hardrive weeks or months earlier, so I just loaded and continued from that.)

Anybody know how to fix this?

Are you following these guidelines, especially the bit about always recompressing?

I tried opening up the huffyuv clip in vdub and it came out in rainbows so I reisntalled huffyuv and it works now. I'm kicking myself for not trying that before I posted. :x

but for what it's worth, you got me. I didn't have always recompress selected.
