wellp - im trying to clean up my new karas DVD - but my avs claims it dosnt recognise the function fastlinedarken()
i tried replacing it with mftoon, but to no avail
everything works except for that (i got the plugins from the amvapp)

1)You sure you have the plugins in the right folder?
2)What exactly is the error message saying?
3)why are you ignoring mfToon's sharpener and then using two different sharpeners?

1) yes- its in avisynth's plugins folder
2) script error: there is no function named mftoon (or fastlinedarken when i use it)
3) cause i dont like how mfToon's sharpener looks X_X

Odd. Try reinstalling - that's the defaul solution in Windows.

I'd point you to whatever the newest version of the mfToon function is, but I have no idea where to get it o.o FastLineDarken, however, is here. Try replacing this for your current version and see if it works.

just putting an avs file in the plugins directory won't make it autoload.
to autoload it must be a .dll or .avsi

lucky for you the only thing you have to do is change the file extension to .avsi (yes, that's really all there is to it)

IIRC, both mftoon and fastlinedarken come as .avs

i see, i checked it now, and it is indeed .avs - so all i gotta do is change to avsi?

now when i try to open virtualdub it crashes before even opening and when i try to play the script in media player it says ran out of memory - i remember this happening before but i dont recall how i fixed it
