ninja gaiden fmv's

have anyboby been able to change the .sfd files from ninja gaiden to a viewable format?:?

.sfd files? ... I've never heard of that format until now.

Hopefully this will help you. Onimusha 4 has files in the exact same format, and I got them to work with a bit of troubleshooting. If that's not quite clear, I can try to explain better, but that should do the trick for you if I'm right about what you're dealing with.
