I like it. The text fits if you ask me and me and Megahertz kicks ass.

Alright. Sometimes I didn´t had the feeling that the shooting scenes match with the "flow" of the song. Expecially I had this feeling just right at ~0:20

0:07 I don´t like the stripe transition.

General suggestion: I would lay the whole noise onto one adjustment layer. A bigger one. So you could let the noise move with the camera motion. I did this with a scratch background at the video from me you just oped some time ago (~3:00 in my vid). It gives the whole effects/scene composition more deepth. Just a suggestion

A keep for sure and nice entertaining. For me: The best Black Lagoon vid I know.

I like the scene selection. The song is about someone who really desires a woman and I think that they just fit.
