its a d2v... so hopefully its yv12

does vmtoon require a xsharpen plugin to operate? and if it does where can i get it?

it works fine for me with just mt_masktools, warpsharp and awarpsharp
I'm not sure if those last two are needed though

and dvd footage should be in yv12

vmtoon.74 is somewhere in there as well, so if it still doesn't work you sohuld try fishing around for the filter in the mt masktools folder

i downloaded it and it still gives me an error message that it dosnt recognise the Xsharpen command (i guess its a function required in the vmtoon script cause its pointing me to the line that has vmtoon in it)

The XSharpen AviSynth filter (which is based on Donald Graft's VirtualDub XSharpen filter) is part of WarpSharp.
