VirtualDubMod Question
Well, I don't know if there was a topic about this already and I'm not sure if I'm just overlooking something. But why is it that my VirtualDubMod doesn't let me compress the audio, whereas I am able to do this in VirtualDub? There are some other things that are somewhat different too (at least in my versions), for example the avisynth options... I'm confused, could someone clear things up for me? <.> ... thanks in advance.

They are 2 different pieces of software that kinda forked from a common app. They have different people working on them and those people have different plans for what they want their software to do.
