- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Well another Hellsing AMV but this time a tribute to my favorite character from the show and also my avatar pic, Alexander Anderson.
Well don't expect the video to be to any flashiness since i put emphasis on a specific character. so knock ur selves out

Wasn't too fond of this, to be honest. I mean, you had pretty good beat sync and all, but it just felt like completely random Anderson action scenes with a really generic song. That's not to say I didn't enjoy watching it, of course. Your editing was decent overall, but the concept just wasn't strong enough to keep me interested.

thx. as for the quality i might reupload but i disliked the contrast colors and brightness that were coming out of the final copy so i just encoded it with Divx.dj_ultima_the_great wrote:Wasn't too fond of this, to be honest. I didn't enjoy this.
Even though you used a different version of this Song, the Beats and general feeling were the same as "Das Omen" (which I like better btw). I am tired of this Song, heard it a million times already (also done lots of times with helsing before), however if I remember right, this was the first Anderson Tribute I saw.
The Visual Quality bothered the hell outta me. My Biggest Complain is that you fucked up the Aspect ratio of the hellsing TV series. It's a 4:3 anime, so you should have cropped the Video to fit in 16:9 format and not squash it like that. It just looks plain ugly. The very low Frame Size bothered me too.
As for the actual Editing, I wanna mention that the "lip synch" was bad. It didn't only make the Parts of the vids boring, it also wasn't well executed most of the time. There was also a lot more Beat synch needed imo, too many random scenes slapped in and not enough editing.
