Download Filters? / Script Colors
I was just wondering if you had to like dl filters for vdubmod to get them to work. Cause I heard someone saying something about them being installed. And like fr ex. I really never notice fastlinedarken working. Like in the script editor whenever a filter in the script seems to work the text of it changes a color to green or purple. But fastlinedarken and a couple others just stay black. Is this suppost to happen and do I have to have certain filters installed? If so where can I get them for dl.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I know you can download other filters for Avisynth :3 and install them... the amvapp comes with several useful ones though if you have it installed then you should have several filters already installed.
as for fastlinedarken, its mostly pretty subtle, it took me a while to realize it was actually working... unless you are getting an error message then it should be working. (an error message like "fastlinedarken doesn't exist" or something)
are you getting an error message?

side note:
this is my favorite filter... how you use it:
remove filter01.filter02.filter03 and replace it with the filters you want to use... you can add as many as you want, as long as you keep them separated by periods (.) the only filters it doesnt take are resizing filters and crop and such, because the image has to be the same size on both sides of the filter.
but on the left side it will show you the "before" and on the right side the after... so you can see how much avisynth has changed your video... be sure to remove it before a final render though or else you will render the line into your video..

Code: Select all
beforeafterline(1,"""filter01.filter02.filter03""")
