I'm currently using version 2.5.6a and it's the one I recommend since people here have had some issues with 2.5.7 (green bars, etc.).

AMVapp 3.0 beta installs version 2.5.7, though.

I believe it's 2.56beta1 (the one included in the amvapp 2.1)

Those filters require the masktools.dll.

I dunno, but I had to lol.

So I just uninstalled avisynth, deleted all the avisynth folders and plug ins and just re-installed it.

mftoon and fastlinedarken work again, but limitedfastensharper still doesnt work(no matter if I have masktools in there or not)

How many plugins do you have?

Plugins autoloading usually works fine, but you must NOT put here:
* too many AviSynth plugins (this 50 plugins auto prescan load limit is removed in v2.57 though).
