There's a christmas episode in Those Who Hunt Elves, complete with santa montage O:

Also, if episodes that are just snow heavy are fine then episode 8 (or 9) of RahXephon would work.

there is, as far as I know, only 1 christmas-specific anime: Tokyo Godfathers.

Thanks so much everybody, Ima be doing research right now.

However, since I'd hope to have the amv out at least by christmas, I don't have much time to edit, let alone sift though fifty episode anime looking for one or two episodes. so, if you do happen to know at least around the episode number. I'd be greatful. (not that I'm not already

Maison Ikkoku has a few episodes that take place during Christmas, although I can't remember if they had anything particularly Christmas-y about them other than gift giving.

DokiDoki School Hours-episode 7
Azumanga Daioh-Episode 17 (At least that's the more Christmas-y/snowy one I can think of.)

And I believe there's a Hello Kitty holiday DVD.
