Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Aspirations (Yusf)
After Hypnerotomachia, here's my new video Aspirations.
in a different style, I tried in this clip to visually interprete an instrumental song through the images of an unknown and never used anime: "Winter Days".

The way I worked on this video isn't my usual one, as I didn't put as much effort on it as I'm used to do, but still I hope I've been able to make something original, interesting, even though not necessarily much enjoyable to watch.
As usual, I highly recommend the MPEG-2 version for those who can "afford" it, since the image quality of the XviD one isn't really exceptional.

Okay, I loved Hypnerotomachia, but dude, come on. Are you even SAYING anything with this? The only reason that this video is going to be called "artistic" is because of the stlye of the anime. You didn't do anything in terms of editing to make this artistic...are you a fan of Andy Warhol, perchance?
I can only give this 2/5, this doesn't really do anything for me, at all. I'm sorry, but the best word I can think of to describe this video is "pretentious".

no, Ben has a point, but this Ben has something to add. ART IS MADE FOR PRETENTIOUS PEOPLE (and you should be one to talk). Maybe his editing is in question, but he still had a message and got that across.
3/5, mostly just because crackerz gave it a 2/5
