Yeah, Ticketmaster is a pain in the ass. Even cheap shows are expensive. But there's generally no need to use Ticketmaster for cheap shows.

Let's put it this way, most of the shows I would want to see are so obscure you'd never find tickets on ticketmaster.

hence why i love local shows, you don't have to put up with ticketmasters bullshit prices at least until the major shit rolls into town.
