Basically, whether I use ping or tracert, it time-outs. Tracert gives no waypoints from me to kero.

Actually, ping time-out would probably be "Pyyntö aikakatkaistiin" instead of "Kohdeisäntään ei saada yhteyttä". Kohdeisäntään ei saada yhteyttä might translate to "host cannot be reached" or something similar (I don't know the semantics of English WinXP version).

Example, if I ping the first IP that trythil's tracert returned, I get

I followed those steps, but it always gets stuck here and it just goes on forever and never loads.

Well you could also try using the FileZilla Programm instead of Inet Explorer...
My other thought would be your Firewall is blocking the upload....
Another thing I would try is re-installing the Internet Explorer or check the connection-settings (sry I have the german version, may be called diffrent)... ----> but on the other hand I'm not really familiar with network crap =P

I have tried no less than 4 times to upload my AMV to Kero. Every time, the upload is stopped by the fact that my password is wrong. I go check what my password is, and it's been changed! WTF?
