Ok, I'll give it a try.JudgeHolden wrote:Maybe if you converted mine to huffy it would help? Your program might not like all the different codex being used together in the same timeline.

I've tried getting my segment to 24 fps many times without it looking skippy or crappy but its not working.
The main problem is I was editing at 29.97 fps and rendering at 24 is producing total shit sync wise. I can't change my project settings obviously and I have no desire to start over. The MEP is finishing anyways.
I guess if it turns out skippy on your end even with the ConvertFPS(24) function then there is nothin we can do. I don't want it lookin skippy in your final project either.
If you can get it lookin good some way then let me know otherwise I'm gonna have to drop and ask you not to use it in the MEP. This is not your fualt, it's mine. I joined this MEP with this AMV in mind. I'd allready been working on it editing at 29.97 fps and had half of it completed when I joined. Didn't even bother looking for the 24fps rule.
Sorry

It's very simple to solve that, just render it into wmv in Vegas (or whatever program you use), in max quality, 24 fps, wmv is great as a temporary codec, interlace won't appear and it won't mess up the sync, try it out!Eva-Fan wrote:I've tried getting my segment to 24 fps many times without it looking skippy or crappy but its not working.

I'll try this tomorrow night, it sounds like it might work but I've been syncing to all the points that a sound ques to at 29.97fps. Those points are lost when you change it to 24.Scott Green wrote:Export your lossless in 29,97 fps then start a new project with 24 fps import the lossless and export it in 24 fps :O
I bit complicated but for my that worked several times ^_^
For example... A fade will start a little before or after the sound I wanted it to start on cause the FPS is different from what I was syncing with.
Sounds dumb but its just logical thinking.
Like I said though, I'm gonna give it a try at the very least.
@Kaxi: I have no idea what you just said. BTW I will never use the wmv codec EVER again till the day microsoft takes over the world.
