Dang, I'm stupid. I didn't see that there was the layers function commented.
Well, try to use that, it might fix it.

And the discs are a mix of R1 NTSC and R4 PAL same problem with both.
TFM and TDecimate are both part of the TIVTC package. Links to the latest versions of both it and TDeint are here:

That should solve the plugin issue.

thanks for the plugin's but alas it didn't halp ;_;
(but I'm sure they will come in handy in future)

mirkosp: Yeah I already tried levels no effect... actually that's not entirely true if I use some other settings it makes it worse.
