I play electric guitar(Ibanez grg 270). I started playing guitar when I stopped making AMV's, meaning 2,5 years ago. In the first couple of months I used to practice 10-12h each day every day. In the last few months I practice 2-4h average depending on my college obligations and free time. I can also play bass pretty well even though I get to try it only once a week when I meet with friends. I'll publish an album next year.

My dad showed me how to play the guitar when I was 13 and I was soon much better than him! Its hard a first but you soon pick it up.

Just brought myself an Ibanez SR905 (5 String) http://www.allansmusic.com.au/Product.aspx?p=114860, check that out, how beautiful is she. Currently got it tuned on BDADG, still finding music that I can learn to get used to the 5th string, so far though it's pretty easy stuff, trying to speed up my fingering so i can throw in a nifty filler here and there from the 15 string to 22nd

Me too! How long have you been playing for? What kind of music do you play?
I've been playing since I was 5-6 so about 9 1/2 years now

I play classical mostly, but since I play by ear I can pick up a ton of stuff.

Guitar, mostly. Two years under my belt, if you count from when I first got my first guitar. Less if you count when I started playing really seriously.

I play a little Piano. I'm not very good at it at all. *Shrugs*
