Just to note I think there a few more arcs made for the PS2 version. but I wonder what those are going to be about. Hmm, maybe I should get back to watching the second season.

"Resetting" is a wrong word for what Hanyuu and Rika's power. There is no resetting, what they do is move from one dimension to another. The dimensions where they failed continue to exists among the infinite possibilities that could have been. These dimensions don't just disappear because Rika and Hanyuu are no longer present in them.

I concur with what Lyrs said about too much "Teamwork and friendship" crap, but I was satisfied with the very end.
I enjoyed the ending to Kai, but if you ask me, I'd say that only the first season is worth recommending. The animation is more satisfying, and there was a lot more psychotic murder which I do love so much. If they ever continue releasing the dub, I'm not buying Kai.
Making Rei (third season) is a mistake. They should just leave it as it is.
Though a Higurashi Fumoffu would make me splurge.

Just finished watching the ending to Kai.Well,it was satisfying but truly,Kai left the psychotic stuff of 1st season. And,just like Ishbalan said, that was the major interest of 1st season.Ishbalan wrote:I concur with what Lyrs said about too much "Teamwork and friendship" crap, but I was satisfied with the very end.

3rd season - I really can't see anything new happening.Apart from the fact that Kai's ending was really weird...like an adult Rika.
