AMVapp won't install

I was reading ErMaC and AbsoluteDestiny's guide on how to compress audio and it said I needed to install AMVapp. I downloaded the file from the site and started installing it, but everytime I try to install it, it begins to install and then just stops halfway, saying it's still installing but doesnt move at all...how can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Probably just a download error. Try and download it again. This happened to me before, so a re-download fixed it for me.

Plus, make sure that you're getting the right version of AMVAPP.

If that's not it, then I would probably have to say you need to restart your computer. That normally fixes stuff like that for me.
