Release Date of Hellsing OVA 4

Does anyone know when their going release Hellsing OVA 4?
For all I know it could be out already but I haven't a clue.

Looks like it was a Geneon title, which would mean that it's probably never going to come out (unfortunately)

Geneon is dead in America. Japanese releases aren't affected.
So, while Hellsing OVA 4 may never come to the states, it will still be viewable in Japanese.

BTW, Wikipedia says it's coming out in February.

Wicked... I'm guessing it be alright to assume the Japanese version will have English subtitles or is this just a hopless fantasy...

Hellsing is ftw and I knew they wer making a second series bt does any1 here know anythin about it other than release date and all above?
