Multi editor Trail Mix

Post by JaceCam » Wed Jan 23, 2008 5:32 pm

Okay i've got an idea and a challenge for those who like to get involved in multi editor AMV's
I'm working on getting a Country Mix going thinking of calling it the Trail Mix amv and i'm basically looking for people to offer there help. I've got Zig Zag offering help but i'm hoping to get more
as for the challenge well country music is hard to put to anime tho according to most people tho i can't see it. if you work on it anything can work out.
anyway i've got a few to start and i've got more ideas that i jsut don't have the music for. so drop me a line if you want to get involved In Country Trail Mix 1!... and possibly only

Being from the land of country music, I would love to be involved in a MEP using just that footage.

Get some technical info up and we'll talk.

Oh... okay...
well this is the first time i've done something like this. let alone taken the lead on it so i'll probably be needing some help
Frame size: not a clue
frame rate: even less of a clue
Video Codec: WMV because i find most people can view that easier (at least the ones i know)
Allowed Footage: no nudity, prefered not subtitles but if it can't be helped it can't be helped. other then that i don't care so if you put bible black in there (as long as theres no nudity)
Music.. country only please new country old country classic again i'm indifferent

beyond that i haven't a clue if people know and could help me it'd be muchly apreciated

rofl

I'd recommend looking through this forum and checking out the intro posts of several active MEPs to see how to best organize yours. If you don't know basic things like frame size and frame rate, no one's going to take you seriously and the whole thing will be a disaster. Hell, you might want to read this start to finish if you haven't yet since you don't seem to completely understand how video works in general.

Yeah, jumping into heading up an MEP like this isn't a good idea, period.

On another note...mmmm, trail mix.
