Episode 2! The first third was by far totally nonsensical with everyone talking in gibberish (there were TWO sets of subtitles going on simultaneously, and I was getting confused which one to follow :x ). They even fu**ing slammed Matthew C. Perry!

The second third was talking about the "evils" of overembellishing things. Kafka sees it as mastery of the chic.

The last third has the class take place in the beach which later turned into a battle zone. Oh yeah, it talks about the preferences of old stuff. :|

Still a zany, mindfu** as usual! Good stuff! 8-)

I picked up this series about a week ago after reading the manga. Funny stuff, trying to catch up to season II :/

Episode 2, lol.

a.f.k's subs make me confused though, there's subs on the bottom, and subs on the top, and they're totally different :s
the bottom seems like a joke, but while i don't know nothing of even the simplest hiragana (actually, i know one >.>), the bottom subs seemed more in line with the Japanese subs...
the top seemed more correct with the video, but i cant find anything to translate from... it's like they were added, or made up by a.f.k :s

From what I heard the top dialouge were lines directly from the manga of which the first third of the episode adapted.

aah, that makes sense.
the writings spread throughout the whole scene supports the top dialog as well. ^^

Episode 3, and this was DAMN funny to a point that I can actually relate to it. The first third dealt with that yaoi fangirl Harumi Fujiyoshi who's attempting to slash two guys who're minor characters of some anime series. Yaoi fangirls are scary! :x

Meanwhile in the background, Nozomu and some of his students were at a radio talk show talking about acting your age. A random appearance of Kikuko Inoue saying that's she's 17 years made me LAWLED!

The second third dealt with how peeps are subconsciously held by their sense of duty.

The last part dealt with casually announcing major, important things like they don't matter. This led to the opposite of that statement in which the class started to overreact to mundane things.

And on another note, the OP sequence actually has SOMETHING and that's a bunch of muscles organs and some weird zombie-like dancing.......

Well, just finished season 1, episode 12 was pretty repetitive, and I didn't quite understand the serious moment at the end of episode 11 but was good fun.

/gets season 2

Episode 4 was AMAZING! :o

The first third dealt with people being drawn away from the actual main topic of sorts. Then ALIENS CAME TO INVADE EARTH WITH GIANT ROBOTS! And it's all up to Chiri to stop them! It was the most action-packed story ever made!!! :o :o

Second third dealt with a profile of Jun Kudo who has the ability to tell stories that makes the person BAWWW!!! Itoshiki-sensei didn't like that since he has the ability to read his heart or whatever....

And the last third, I thought was going to talk about that balding male student, but it actually concentrated on Kiri's point-of-view when the aliens were attacking. Who would have thunk she was such a teaser and has huge boobs!

In the end, it has been discovered viewers liked the last third of the episode than the first third!

I'm surprised you didn't mention the fact that Chiri's battle with the robots was a total reference to End of Evangelion. It was awesome that way.
KILL IT WITH A GIANT SHOVEL. LOL

Also, I don't know why, but the animation style was weird for the first third.
