The anime is "The trees is the sun." It's not too popular since it pretty much shamelessly rips off basically 90% of every other anime ever made. But it most closely resembles....School Days.....right?

Too large? Still? Man, this place is stingy in that area. If you go by the math that one was still under 40 x 600. I can't see how it would be a bandwidth problem.
