Well there was just too much obvious copyright infrigment and the site often lagged as hell. This could be the main reasons, but let´s read the news first...

They have gotten into a lawsuit (see big trouble) I believe with universal media group or music group i forget the name, and instead of paying outragous court fees to fight a losing battle on piracy they have decided to fold. Also they got hacked by 4chan, and they stole tons of emails and passwords. Stage 6 was the bomb. I can't believe it going down : (. But this is the internet and something new will pop up in its place. I use Stage 6 to watch House M.D. and had just recently used it to watch some Anime. Too bad.
