Just like my other MEPs, this one is open to any skill level
as long as you can follow the project's
Basic Requirements:
1: Good Sync & Flow
2: Scenes fitting with your source
3: Good video quality at 640x480
4: No subs/logos/watermarks unless you make them yourself
5: Have fun

You are free to make your video with any theme you want but try not to go too for with violence or nudity.
All videos must be subtitle for the org so do not to go above PG-13.
You are free to be a beat sync/effects whore just make sure your sources fit good with your song.

You are only allowed to use OverClocked Remixes for your videos

This is not a sequel to any other VGM project so you can use
any oc songs that follow the requirements even if they were used in another MEP.
4:
Each member can do up to 2 videos (this might change later on)
Right now i do not have a limit to how many can join.
I'll close the sign up whenever i think it has enough.
When joining be sure to tell me what song you are using and the length your video will be.
If you aren't sure of your anime or are using various, you don't have to give your list right away.
5:
An anime is only alowed to be used once unless its
a multi anime video.
Videos should use anime or games only as sources.
6:
Since this is a VGM project, working video game themes in your video is
encouraged but not required.
Your video will not be rejected for not having a video game theme or video game characters worked into it.
You can use video game SFX too in your videos just don't go
overboard with them.
I'll post some up later on.
If you use SFX, try to mix them with your audio good and not have them too loud in the video.
7:
Videos can be up to 2 minutes in length (i'll probably let you go a tad bit over if you need to for some reason)
30 seconds is the minimum length so don't send in any 10 second clips
or i'll pistol-whip you.
You videos should not fade in or out.
8:
Videos should be of high of quality as possible and should not have subs or logos. (this includes watermarks.)
File type should be .avi
The resolution should be 640 x 480 29.97fps and should not have any Interlacing.
They should be progressive and sent in Lagarith or Xvid (Quantizer 1 settings) .
The use of the first 2 is always preferred.
If possible, audio should be uncompressed wav.
Videos link should be submitted in a pm and hosted on your own server or somewhere like megaupload.
