Please help D:
Ok, I'm a huge noob at this....So if any of my questions seem retarded, SORRY.
Anyway...
I'm using DVD Decrypter to rip my DVDs. Then I tried using DGI Index....I had trouble with that. The file wouldn't show up.
Then I tried VirtualDubMod....The footage came out all blocky with a green background...
Then I opened a file in VLC media player, and it worked PERFECTLY. But I can't convert it to an avi in the player.
So why is it working in the media player and not in anything else???
Oh the DVD wasn't in when I played btw and the DVD itself works perfectly.

You can't take a picture of it? Just press the "Print Screen" key on the keyboard (may be abbreviated "Prt Sc"), open up MS Paint, and then go to "File > "Paste." It should paste a picture of your desktop into MS Paint. From there just save it as a .jpg and upload it to ImageShack or something.
You can't do that? (Don't read that statement as a shot at you, it's a legit question...will your computer really not let you do that?)
