Haruhi God Knows + Guitar Hero footage

Pretty self explanatory for some, in any case, I thought about this and wondered, has anyone done at the very least, anime footage of haruhi's "god knows" segment and put on the bottom half the guitar hero play footage(the guitar keys scrollin toward ya?) If so, is there a secret to doing it? Or does someone actually have it up for s***s & giggles that can be used? If ya understand, can ya answer this question? Thanks.

Just mask the guitar neck out along with the score meters =|

Does it need a specific program for that particular effect? Photoshop? Magix Movie Editor?

Everything that has the so called "pen tool": Like Photoshop, After Effects or Sony Vegas.
