Greetings,
I'm preparing for Anime Central and wish to participate in the AMV contest as well as having a table for Artist Alley. I have done some editting with both iMovie and Final Cut Express HD applications and exported the full version DV file for conversion to the standard for AMV submission.
The snag I have hit, is that Cleaner 5 have the option to convert the file into mpeg-2 file but the end result is that is makes the mpg AND a mp2 files (one video and one audio). The MPG doesn't play and the mp2 audio files just plays the sound only. Is there a way to convert DV into the AMV contest format of MPEG-2 using Cleaner?
Thanks

See if this will do the trick. I don't use Final Cut on my Mac, so I can't talk out of experience. (I have Adobe.)

Still no luck, with several tries with Final Cut Express 4 (Express series does not have the conversion option for processing MPEG-2) and tried on my desktop Final Cut Pro 2 (which only did quicktime movie files).LivingFlame wrote:See if this will do the trick. Cleaner 5 seems to be the only thing to process it MPEG-2 for DVD NTSC both it separates the video and audio files of said video. Is it supposed to do that?
