I accidentaly hit submit.

I was changing the speed late at night and I apparently put those on there. I don't know what they do aside from preventing me from using the Speed/Duration properties at all.

It's just showing that the video is displaced 11 frames from the audio it's linked with, if I'm not mistaken.

Well I'm not sure how I did that, but I unlinked it. Another question though. How would displacing it make me able to have that audiomuch shorter than the video, if they're linked?

I can't say for sure, but judging from the picture, it looks like you may have somehow sped up the audio independently of the video, which would explain the video playing at 107.69% rate and the audio playing at 128.57% rate. Unlink them and change the rate of the audio to match that of the video, line them up, and relink them if needed. Hopefully that will get things properly aligned. Come back here if that doesn't work or you have any more questions.
