Well it's not that he doesnt take the time, it's cos he simply cant... he cant even learn the name of his sword which can take less than a second... also he's mentioned that it's already in it's strongest form

Atleast that's what I think.

As for Bleach, I only watch an Episode every now and then since they just go from one place to another to pwn super-powerfull enemies.

Pretty much but it cannot be classified as Bankai since it has no special abilities, Zaraki is the master of concentrating his attacks and applying power, and just learning that can make any normal shinigami fight to a level of Shikai, the only thing that stops them is their strength and reiatsu, and since Zaraki is crazy on those stats, he's like a 24/7 Bankai man... let's say his "bankai" is Kendo.

And that pretty much sums it up. If you've been reading the manga, you'll understand why his kendo is basically his "bankai". But I have a feeling he will learn the name of his sword sooner or later, and then have a battle with his rival. Haha, only one can expect so much.

What do you guys think of the manga right now? Especially when its talking about the Vizards past and Urahara's... its quite intriguing don't you think?

Yeah it's quite interesting. I bet there was some kind of illegal dispute or manner in which they were disbanded and forced to leave because of their Vizard state. doesn't sound like an option but I definitely thing Urahara has something to do with it. he probabbly helped in some kind of way to get himself fired.
