Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien! I'm not sure about the director but someone like Leonardo Dicaprio could play the leading role. BUt then theres no profound meaning in it like how American beauty has on eor something. It has to set differences and mean something. Hope it wouldn't be like Closer.

Most anime when converted into live action are o.k but some are crap. But I'll like to see "Nasicaa: Vally of the wind" chaged into live-action film.
