So, little update regarding the update, it should be out by the end of tomorrow (or sometime Friday, IF it even comes out this week, and considering VALVe's track record, that's not so likely).

However, they've stated that they're packaging an extra surprise alongside the Medic Achievements, weapons and Goldrush. The two most popular options are either an upgrade to the Engi's dispenser and teleporters or achievements for the Pyro. Dispensers and Tele's will be able to be upgraded like sentries, dispensers to heal faster, teleporters to charge faster. As for the Pyro achievements, they've been more quiet on those, but it's been stated several times by the VALVe staff that they're the ones to be focused on next.

Granted, they said that meet the Sniper would be the next one after Demoman, so take it with a grain of salt.

Who knows, maybe they'll toss in a "Meet The Medic" with the achievements and weapons.
