Mine is probably too fast to keep up, I'll try something different for the beats, possible cross fade instead of fade to black between each one. Or, better yet, one clip for each three beats and maybe just color change it or something.

I think I follow what you're saying there... Best thing is probably to avoid too much repetition and perhaps try for internal sync if ya can, or even cuts on the offbeat.
