Yu know, I can't trust my ears so I gotta ask this. When you convert a song from 192 to 320, does the quality rise or stays the same. Cuz' I don't really feel the difference until it gets under 100 lol.

no thats just for working with the best sound you can change it to a different quality and type when you render the video.
I work with High quality audio while making but when i render i change the audio to High qualty MP3. and becuse the WAV is a raw file there is vutualy no data loss when converting to 320 MP3 or PCM
