I'll be there to run the contest! It's running from one of two shuttles via the totally reliable netstream card I'll have there as all now are encoded in Mpeg2!

YA-HA!!! My AMV made it into the final 31!

Too bad my other one didn't make it there, though. But it DOES get to be shown during the Cosplay Contest half-time show, which means (I assume) that it actually did qualify for the finals, but due to the constraints listed in point 3, it was taken out. But nonetheless, I am happy with the final outcome.

I wish my competition the best in the contest.

Aaah, Path of Destiny... we argued a lot about the content rating on that one. >_<;; In the end, after much back and forth ranting and raving and waving of sharp sticks at each other as a re-enactment of some of the footage to prove a point, we ended up giving it a 14A with a 'content warning for violence' notice on its title card.

(The saving point from the dreaded 18A rating was that the violence was all stylized blood-letting with no actual gore. The one decapitation showed no detail. The violence was also necessary, rather than gratuitous. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it.)
