If you're talking about streaming video, then unless it's sponsored by the rights holders themselves (Studio Khara et al.), it's still illegal.

And besides, "the full Rebuild of Evangelion" isn't even available yet, insofar as only the first movie is out so far.

Are you so stupid that you really need this spelled out for you? Anyone who has seen the movie either lives in japan or violated the law. Those are your two choices for seeing the movie. If you aren't smart enough to figure out how to violate the law on your own we're certainly not going to tell you how. Living in Japan is far beyond what we could help you with over a forum. So basically you're fucked.
