Congrats all! Castor Troy, I was gonna PM you and tell you how awesome I thought your video was, but I'll just tell you here: Your video rocked my face off, and was definitely one of the best videos in the show. Major props to you man.

This year's contest was awesome. I've been in the circuit for five years, and this has to be the largest amount of high-quality entries I have yet to see at one con. Congrats to all the winners, and props also to the entrants. Good times.

It's funny, I started seeing the complaints about registration at ACEN and I wondered if it was going to blow up into what happened at Anime Boston (folks in line for 10+ hours). I was pre-registered at AB and I waited four hours for my badge...so I don't put a lot of faith in pre-registering to avoid lines (even though I always pre-register 'cause I'm paranoid like that. And cheap.)

Just an FYI...

Cut Videos were played Saturday morning and Sunday morning in the AMV room. Ran about 5 hours long.

I should have the full entry list up tonight.

Thanks everyone, it feels good to get back into competition after 2 years. Especially into a contest as epic as this one where looking at all the names themselves was already intimidating.

Can't wait to see everyone else's entries (yes, I am downloading more than 10 videos this year!
