It's pretty good from what I have seen of it so far. and the twister is one of the characters aren't really as they are portrayed (leaving it very vague to not spoil)

Haven't seen the anime but I read 2 volumes of the manga. Seems an interesting idea but it didn't really stand out a lot for me, I just kept thinking, Cardcaptor Sakura...don't even know why, not even similar =|
