yes i was wondering what free plug in packs have the best transition(sp?) effects and over all fun to use on a video mostly fighters. Thank You.

The answer is: don't use custom transitions because they suck :P No really, use them only if you want to obtain a specific effect in your video and you are aware of it. Otherwise, they always look as cheapo stuff.

well the reason i ask is cause even with no sound when i preview the video its all herky and jerky when the diffrent clips come into play. Is it really bad to use the free transitions?

Well, one thing is to use transitions effects and another one is that your video jerks when previewed in Premiere's timeline. I didn't mean that using transitions is bad, it's only that in my eyes it looks like cheap stuff. It's just my opinion, not a rule :P

About the jerky stuff, try to preview your video inside Premiere or just export a small bit if you want to see how the final product looks like. And one more thing do not use divx files for editing in Premiere. Premiere + DivX = bad (and this may be why your video skips inside it)

fixed, it was in video > clip > deinterlace
